30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return and Exchange Conditions

The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and a valid order number must be provided.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, etc.), earrings, washed or untagged items, and clearance sale items.

Return and Exchange Process

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and click "Apply for After-Sales Service."

After submitting your application, we will review it within 1-2 business days.

Once approved, please send the item back to the designated address (trackable courier is recommended).

After receiving the item and completing quality inspection (3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

The refund will be returned to the original payment method; the original shipping fee will not be refunded (except for quality issues). The arrival time depends on your payment method, usually 3-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, please specify your desired size or color when submitting your application. Exchange success depends on stock availability; if stock is insufficient, a refund will be automatically issued.

Defective Item Handling

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos. Upon verification, we will provide a free exchange or a full refund (including shipping costs).
